About the Job:

As a Performance Marketing Manager, your job is to plan and run digital marketing campaigns. You will manage things like SEO, social media, email marketing, and online ads. You’ll also keep track of how well these campaigns are working and make changes to improve results. You’ll work closely with the content and design teams.

What You’ll Do:

• Run marketing campaigns online (Google, social media, email, etc.).

• Improve website visibility through SEO/SEM.

• Track campaign results and adjust strategies to get better outcomes.

• Use tools to manage and automate marketing work.

• Work with different teams to create marketing content and ads.

What You Need:

• Experience with SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online ads.

• Good at analyzing data and improving campaign results.

• Knowledge of digital marketing tools.

• Strong organization and time-management skills.

• Able to work well with others.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or similar.

• Experience in hotels or hospitality is a bonus.
