Job Description: Personal Assistant to CEO
A well-known digital technology company in Colombo is looking for a Personal Assistant (PA) to help the CEO. You will manage the CEO’s schedule, meetings, and communications. You need to be organized, good with people, and able to work with confidential information.
Main Responsibilities:

Manage the CEO’s calendar, emails, and appointments

Arrange meetings, travel plans, and events

Help prepare reports, documents, and presentations

Keep information private and secure

Communicate with teams inside and outside the company

Support with daily tasks and follow-ups

Handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
Job Requirements:

Degree or professional qualification in management or a related field

At least 3 years’ experience as a PA or similar role (preferably in the IT field)

Excellent spoken and written English

Good communication and people skills

Positive, can-do attitude

Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
