Perfect Household Staff is pleased to present a distinguished live-in opportunity for a Russian-speaking Maternity Nanny to join a warm, respectful, and fully staffed household in the heart of Dubai. This role offers the chance to provide attentive, professional care to newborn twins aged just two weeks, within an elegant residence characterised by calm, discretion, and excellent support staff.
The family is seeking a highly experienced, nurturing, and easy-going Maternity Nanny who speaks Russian and possesses conversational English. The position is offered on a live-in basis, with private accommodation featuring an en-suite bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort within a beautifully appointed home.
Working six days per week (Sunday off), the nanny will take the lead in all aspects of newborn care. This includes feeding (using specialised equipment—no cooking required, only operating the machines), soothing, sleep support, nappy changing, bathing, and maintaining the babies’ hygiene and clothing. The nanny will also oversee the nursery’s tidiness and ensure that developmental milestones are gently encouraged through appropriate stimulation and interaction.
The household is fully staffed, including housekeepers, a chauffeur, and professional security. As such, no general housekeeping or driving duties are expected, allowing the nanny to focus entirely on the care and well-being of the twins. A typical day will follow a flexible schedule depending on the needs of the babies, with quiet moments for rest and structured periods for feeding and sleep support. The ability to work harmoniously within a team, while also showing initiative and autonomy in the nursery, is essential.
The ideal candidate will bring solid previous experience with newborns—preferably including twins—alongside a warm, confident approach. A calm presence, excellent organisational skills, and a willingness to adapt to the rhythms of the household are key. Live in Maternity Nanny duties will include:
• Providing full-time care for newborn twins (from 2 weeks of age)
• Managing daily routines including feeding, changing, bathing, and settling
• Preparing and administering feeds using specialised feeding equipment
• Supporting healthy sleep patterns and nap schedules
• Monitoring and maintaining the babies’ hygiene, clothing, and nursery tidiness
• Engaging in gentle stimulation to encourage developmental milestones
• Keeping a calm, structured environment for newborns
• Collaborating effectively within a fully staffed household
• Respecting household routines, ensuring flexibility and discretion at all times
• Reporting on the babies’ progress and well-being to the parents
Requirements for this Full-Time Maternity Nanny job:
• Extensive experience caring for newborns, ideally twins
• Background as a Maternity Nanny or Maternity Nurse
• Knowledge of infant development, sleep routines, and feeding practices
• Confident in operating baby equipment and monitoring hygiene standards
• Russian-speaking, with conversational English
• Previous experience working in formal or fully staffed households
• Ability to work six days per week, including overnight or on-call duties as required
• Warm, calm, easy-going personality with a professional demeanour
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with other staff
• Flexibility and high levels of discretion
• Relevant childcare qualifications and Paediatric First Aid (preferred)
• Must hold the right to travel and work in the UAE
