Perfect Household Staff is delighted to present an exciting opportunity for an experienced, well-spoken and proactive Nanny to join a respectful and welcoming household based in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will provide attentive care and development support for a bright and energetic boy who will soon be three years old. The family employs a full household team including a chef and cleaner, and they are seeking a professional nanny who will integrate seamlessly, demonstrate strong initiative, and be a supportive and positive presence within the home.
Whilst the family is in Dubai, the child attends nursery daily. The nanny’s morning will consist of preparing the child for his day, dressing, breakfast and undertaking the nursery drop-off. She will then resume childcare duties later in the afternoon, as she will be responsible for the nursery pick-up, engaging developmental play, outdoor activities and the full evening routine including bath time and settling for sleep at 8pm. This rhythm ensures a well-balanced working schedule with a substantial daytime break for the nanny while still maintaining consistent, high-quality care morning and evening.
The position includes frequent international travel, particularly between May and September when the family reside in the South of France and travel widely throughout Europe. During these periods the child will not attend nursery, and therefore the working hours will naturally increase. Flexibility, a supportive approach and enthusiasm for travel will be essential. The employer is offering formal employment, assistance with relocation, and will cover travel expenses should a face-to-face interview be required.

Working Days: Tuesday – Sunday
Working Hours: Approximately 30 hours per week (flexibility required, particularly during travel)
Language: Fluent English; French and/or Russian highly advantageous
Salary: AED 12,000 – 18,000 per month
Location: Dubai, UAE + extensive international travel
Accommodation: Private bedroom with en-suite in Dubai; shared room with the child during travel
Start Date: 19 January 2026
Main duties of the Full-Time Nanny:
• Morning routine including waking, dressing, hygiene, breakfast and nursery drop-off
• Afternoon childcare following nursery collection, including active play and outdoor activities
• Full bedtime routine including bath, winding down, story time and settling for sleep
• Ensuring age-appropriate learning and development are incorporated into daily care
• Monitoring milestones and communicating progress to the parents
• Maintaining a safe, structured, stimulating and nurturing environment
• Occasional preparation of simple meals for the child when requested
• Basic support with nursery-related organisation and tidiness
• Collaboration with the household’s wider staffing team
• Flexibility to adjust duties and hours during travel and holiday periods
Requirements for this Full-Time Nanny job:
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Checkable references
• Ability to travel with the family around Europe
• Warm, cheerful, polite and positive personality with confidence to set firm but fair boundaries
• Proactive “hands-on” attitude with excellent common sense
