Job description

Key Responsibilities: Monitor pool areas to ensure guest safety at all times Enforce hotel safety protocols and pool regulations with professionalism Respond swiftly to emergencies and perform water rescues when necessary Administer first aid and CPR as required Maintain cleanliness and readiness of poolside equipment and safety gear Provide courteous assistance and guidance to guests using recreational facilities Participate in regular training and safety drills Qualifications & Skills: Valid lifeguard certification (ADQCC or internationally recognized equivalent) CPR and First Aid certified Strong swimming and rescue skills Previous experience in a luxury hotel or resort setting preferred Excellent communication and guest service abilities Calm under pressure, with a proactive and attentive approach What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits Accommodation and duty meals Career development opportunities within a prestigious hospitality brand A supportive and inclusive team culture
