Professional Delivery Driver

Overview
We are seeking a professional and dependable Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting goods and materials, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring timely deliveries. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that values safety, communication, and efficiency. Prior experience with warehouse operations and commercial driving is highly preferred.

Responsibilities
• It is important that the driver is excellent in the use of web apps in a smartphone as they would have to quickly learn to navigate through the dispatch and driver app.
• Clean 3 years of drivers abstract.
• Able to use own vehicle (% gas reimbursement provided ).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Previous delivery driver experience is an asset.
• Be 18 years or older.
• Provide PIC (Police Information Check with Vulnerable Sector Search)
• Minimum 2 professional references.
• Know how to use google or ios maps or other GPS software for navigation and route modification.
• Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Qualifications
• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record
• Experience operating forklifts and handling heavy lifting tasks in a warehouse setting is preferred
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and customers
• Prior warehouse experience is advantageous, especially in logistics or distribution environments
• Ability to perform physical tasks including moving heavy items and standing for extended periods
• Excellent time management skills to ensure on-time deliveries and pickups
• Reliable transportation to commute to various job sites as required

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
