A distinguished UHNW family in Dubai is seeking an experienced and highly professional nanny to provide exceptional care for their 4-year-old child. The ideal candidate will be nurturing, patient, and well-versed in child development, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and educational environment. This role requires flexibility, discretion, and a commitment to fostering the child’s growth and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide attentive, loving, and age-appropriate care for the child.
• Plan and engage in stimulating activities, including educational play, arts and crafts, and outdoor play.
• Support the child’s development through structured learning and social interaction.
• Oversee daily routines, including meal preparation, nap schedules, and bedtime.
• Accompany the child to activities, playdates, and appointments as required.
• Ensure the child’s safety and well-being at all times.
• Foster good manners, social skills, and positive behavior.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment for the child, including tidying toys, clothes, and play areas.
• Travel with the family when required, ensuring seamless care during trips.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a nanny, preferably for UHNW families.
• Fluent in English; additional languages (French, Arabic, or Mandarin) are a plus.
• Strong understanding of child development, behavior management, and age-appropriate activities.
• Discreet, professional, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Energetic, patient, and proactive with a passion for childcare.
• Willingness to travel and adapt to the family’s schedule.
• CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain certification).
