Project Manager (Odoo Implementer)

Lead end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation projects across multiple industries
Conduct requirement-gathering sessions and translate business needs into system configurations
Manage project timelines, scope, milestones, and deliverables
Configure Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, CRM, POS, etc.)
Coordinate with development teams for customizations and integrations
Deliver training sessions and user onboarding
Prepare documentation, workflows, and client reports
Ensure successful Go-Live and provide post-implementation support
Maintain excellent communication with stakeholders and project teams Proven experience as an Odoo Implementer or ERP Project Manager
Strong understanding of business processes (Sales, Accounting, HR, Operations, etc.)
Hands-on experience configuring Odoo (Community or Enterprise)
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
UAE-based candidates preferred
