Job description

An opportunity for an experienced researcher has arisen with functions including reporting to the Recruitment Manager, pro-active sourcing and screening of candidates across a wide range of banking roles.

Job requirements
• Previous agency or similar in-house experience within the Banking sector
• Proven experience and understanding of job portals, Linked-In, and other sourcing methods
• Excellent English skills
• Experience in conducting pre-screening interviews via telephone
• Experience with Recruitment software such as Taleo, I-Recruitment etc
• Experience in sourcing UAE Nationals would be a distinct advantage
