About the Job
Shangri-La Colombo is hiring a Restaurant Manager to lead its all-day dining restaurant. We are looking for someone with experience in luxury hospitality who can lead a team, ensure top-level guest service, and drive restaurant performance.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations of the restaurant

Train and lead a team to deliver excellent service

Work with chefs to ensure high food quality and presentation

Monitor revenue, guest feedback, and service quality

Handle reservations and manage busy service times

Control inventory and reduce waste

Support marketing and upselling efforts

Resolve guest issues professionally and quickly

Stay updated on dining trends and competitor restaurants
Requirements
-
3+ years in restaurant management (luxury hotel or fine dining preferred)

Leadership and team development skills

Strong knowledge of food service standards and customer experience

Good at managing budgets and improving sales

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
