🚀 We’re Hiring: Sales Specialist (Remote)

Celeritas Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our growing team!
📍 Position Details
• Location: Remote (Work from anywhere in Sri Lanka)
• Employment Type: Full-Time od Part-Time
• Compensation: Commission-Based (Unlimited earning potential!)
🎯 What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of proven sales experience in a senior role
• Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Strong business development and client relationship management skills

Key Skills & Competencies:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency essential)
• Advanced negotiation and presentation abilities
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and resilient
• Strong online research and prospecting skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
• Strategic thinking with strong analytical skills

Preferred:
• Professional marketing qualifications (CIM/SLIM or MBA is an advantage)
• Experience in B2B sales
• Existing network of business contacts
• Sales professionals currently employed at other Freight Forwarding & Logistics companies seeking to earn additional income
💼 Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Generate regular reports on sales performance
