Position: Branch Operations Manager

We are hiring a motivated and experienced Branch Operations Manager to lead our Kandy branch. You’ll be responsible for making sure daily operations run smoothly, staff perform well, and business goals are achieved. This role combines leadership, planning, and coordination across departments to improve efficiency and maintain high service standards.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage all daily activities of the branch

• Lead, train, and supervise branch staff

• Plan and coordinate production and operations schedules

• Improve workflows and processes

• Ensure the branch follows all industry regulations

• Report regularly to senior management and collaborate on goals

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related area

• 3–5 years of experience in operations or management roles

• Experience in planning, quality control, and inventory management

• Strong leadership and people management skills

• Ability to solve problems, organize work, and communicate clearly
