Campus Recruitment Strategy
• Develop and implement effective campus recruiting strategies to attract top talent from Universities and Market
• Work with target key Universities/Institutes on strategic programs
• Create annual campus recruitment plans and budgets
• Track metrics and analyze recruitment data to optimize strategies
Campus Relations & Events
• Build and maintain relationships with university career centers, faculty, and student organizations
• Represent the company at career fairs, information sessions, workshops, and networking events
• Coordinate and host company-sponsored campus events and competitions
• Manage campus ambassador programs and student engagement initiatives
• Candidate Selection & Programs
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for internships, entry-level positions, and Junior Laterals
• Develop and manage internship and new graduate programs within the Organization
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and match candidates
• Create engaging onboarding experiences for campus hires
Key Requirements
• 3+ Years of Experience in similar work
• Work from Office 4-5 Days a week
• Minimum Degree Qualification in any field (HR/ BA preferred)
