Job Summary

DanKee DMCC is seeking a highly experienced Senior QA/QC Engineer to oversee all quality assurance and control functions across major construction projects in Dubai. The role requires strong leadership, in-depth technical knowledge, and the ability to ensure that all projects meet rigorous quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor project-specific quality assurance and control plans.

• Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.

• Lead QA/QC teams and guide them through all stages of project execution.

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues.

• Review and approve inspection test plans (ITPs), material submittals, and quality documentation.

• Track and report non-conformance issues and develop corrective action plans.

• Maintain detailed quality performance records and ensure continual improvement of QA/QC systems.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

• Minimum of 12 years of UAE experience in the construction sector.

• Strong background in high-rise building projects.

• Proven experience working with main contractors.

• Expertise in implementing quality management systems and leading QA/QC teams.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.

• Immediate joiners preferred.
