Job Description – Senior Sales Manager

Company: Textile manufacturer in Colombo
Job: Senior Sales Manager
Your job is to lead the sales team, make sales plans, grow sales, manage big clients, and help the company meet targets.


Simple Job Duties

  • Create and run sales plans to hit targets

  • Study market trends and competitors

  • Forecast sales and plan accordingly

  • Grow and manage key client relationships

  • Negotiate contracts and pricing

  • Lead and coach the sales team

  • Find new markets and attend events

  • Report sales results and monitor performance (KPIs)


Simple Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related (Master’s preferred)

  • 7–10 years sales experience, with at least 5 years in management

  • Proven track record in sales growth and hitting targets

  • Good knowledge of textiles and market trends

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills

  • Able to analyze data and make decisions
