Requirements:

  • A strong interest in software, technology, and digital solutions — you don’t need to be a coder, but you should be curious and tech-savvy.

  • Confident communication skills in Tamil and English, both written and spoken — you’ll be reaching out to clients, attending meetings, and following up regularly.

  • A positive, persuasive attitude — you’re someone who’s not afraid to pick up the phone or make a presentation, even if it’s your first time.

  • Basic understanding of how sales pipelines work — experience with CRMs (like HubSpot or Zoho) is great, but we’re happy to teach the right person.

  • A team mindset with the ability to work independently, especially in a region like Jaffna where you’ll be trusted to manage your own schedule and outreach.

  • Good time management and a willingness to learn from feedback and coaching.

  • Availability for field visits and virtual meetings with prospects as part of your learning journey.

  • Laptop and internet access for remote coordination, reporting, and training.


Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing (or recently completed) a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or any relevant field.

  • Strong interest in tech-driven sales and digital transformation – this internship could be your first step into a fast-growing industry.

  • No formal experience required, but part-time work, volunteer roles, or university projects involving teamwork or client-facing skills are a plus.

  • A basic understanding of SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) concepts or a willingness to learn quickly.
