Job Summary

Mishkat FZ is urgently hiring a Special Education Coordinator (SENCO) in Sharjah. The selected candidate will oversee and enhance the learning experiences of students with special educational needs, fostering inclusion and collaboration across the school community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and monitor Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.

• Support teachers in designing inclusive lessons and adapting classroom strategies.

• Provide guidance and training to staff on best practices for inclusive education.

• Collaborate with parents, therapists, and specialists to ensure student success.

• Maintain compliance with UAE’s SPEA/MOE regulations and maintain accurate documentation.

• Promote student well-being and inclusion through proactive school initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or Special Education (Master’s preferred).

• 3–5 years of experience in SEN teaching or coordination.

• In-depth knowledge of inclusive education frameworks and UAE regulations.

• Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.

• Immediate availability to join preferred.
