System Admin / IT Specialist

Location :

On-premises, Alexandria, Egypt Office.

Working Hours:

Fulltime, 5 days a week, 8 hours a day + On call in case of emergency.

Responsibilities:

Install, configure, test, and maintain Windows operating systems, application software, and system management tools

Manage and monitor installed systems and infrastructure

Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies

Implementing various development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure

Identifying and deploying cybersecurity measures by continuously performing vulnerability assessment and risk management

Encouraging and building automated processes wherever possible

Design and implement the organization’s incident response capabilities and processes

Ensure high levels of system and infrastructure availability

Plan and implement system automation to improve efficiency

Experiences :

2+ years of experience in Windows system administration

2+ years of experience creating code in Windows operating system shells

Ability to develop and maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies

Deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure, from common features to data security solutions

The ability to transfer and deploy the necessary components of the product

Ability to work with scenarios, cloud architectures, and concepts

Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows environments

Experience with administration and performance tuning of application stacks

Experience with virtualization and containerization

Knowledge of endpoint security products and vulnerability management products

Knowledge of remote server management

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organization and time/task management skills

Experience creating scripts and setting up software for automation

Knowledge of networking, including TCP/IP and OSI network layers

Knowledge of system engineering software tools

Excellent communication skills

Strong organization, analytical, and decision-making skills

Ability to work on multiple tasks at once

High communicative properties

Stress tolerance

Communication skills for both colleagues and clients
