Systems Integration Specialist

Job description

• Liaison with Business and Application teams to establish the business requirements for EDI or B2B solutions.
• Working with Application teams (both internal and external) to design system integration solutions and to assess impact on applications and business relations
• Define and design the interfaces to internal and external applications
• Definition and clarification of interface message formats using standard formats like EDIFACT, XML and self designed in-house formats.
• Define and configure internal and external file or message transfers using all common transfer protocols like X.400, AS2, HTTP, email and others.
• Develop integration solutions for the organization’s message/file broker environment.
• Provide technical support to the team.
• Create and maintain the configurations and support documentation.

Job Requirements:
• A good degree in Computer Science, Internetworking, Information Technology, Information System, Engineering, Science or its equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant working experience in an Enterprise environment.
• Expertise EDI & B2B Systems Integration, XML and EDIFACT.
• Expertise of common file transfer methods (e.g. MQ, X.400, AS2).
• Knowledge of Axway Synchrony Integration Broker or Axway Synchrony File Broker or WebMethods will be preferred
• Experience in business process and applications.
• Analytical and possess good troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communicator.
• A self-initiated and pro-active team player who can work with minimal supervision.
