Job Summary

Merex Investment Group is seeking a motivated Team Leader 3 – Concierge to join the Concierge Team at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab Hotel. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who excels at delivering luxury guest experiences, managing team performance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day concierge operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly, open car doors, and assist with arrivals and departures.

• Coordinate closely with Front Office and Valet teams to escort guests and present room facilities.

• Assist guests with luggage handling, ensuring all items are managed safely and efficiently.

• Deliver parcels, messages, and newspapers to guest rooms with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Serve as the first point of contact for guest security and promptly report any issues.

• Uphold excellent guest service standards and anticipate individual guest needs.

• Support the Concierge team in maintaining operational excellence and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Up to 2 years of experience in hospitality, preferably with an international hotel group.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with diverse cultures.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Proven ability to manage tasks efficiently and lead by example.

• Exposure to multicultural team environments and understanding of cultural nuances.
