Job Summary

Join Tesla’s Dubai team as a Support Advisor, where you’ll be the first line of communication for Tesla customers, helping them experience seamless support across all channels. This position offers an exciting opportunity to represent one of the most innovative brands in the world while contributing to its sustainability mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent Tesla’s brand, mission, and values in every customer interaction.

  • Support customers via phone, chat, and other digital platforms.

  • Evaluate customer needs and resolve roadside, technical, or general support issues.

  • Educate owners on Tesla vehicles, energy products, and related services.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of customer inquiries.

  • Maintain accurate records through CRM tools and company systems.

  • Identify opportunities for service improvements and customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate across departments to ensure top-tier customer experiences.

Requirements:

  • Strong passion for Tesla’s mission and products.

  • Fluent in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Prior experience in customer service, automotive, or hospitality roles.

  • Ability to multitask and thrive in fast-paced environments.

  • Valid driver’s licence (minimum 2 years).

  • Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and evenings.
