Key Responsibilities

Plan, shoot, and edit videos for social media, product demos, advertisements, and company campaigns.
Create motion graphics, video animations, and visual effects that enhance storytelling.
Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop video concepts that align with brand goals.
Edit raw footage into polished, engaging content suitable for different platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
Ensure high-quality sound, lighting, and visual standards in all videos.
Design supporting visual elements like intros, titles, and end screens.
Stay updated on current trends in digital marketing, video content, and social media engagement.
Work on graphic design tasks such as thumbnails, posters, and digital marketing creatives when needed.
Contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns, storytelling, and visual content strategies.

Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Videographer, Video Editor, or Motion Designer.
Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.
Strong understanding of composition, lighting, color correction, and editing techniques.
Knowledge of motion graphics and animation design.
Basic knowledge of marketing principles and how to create content that drives engagement and leads.
Good sense of design aesthetics and attention to detail.
Creative mindset with the ability to translate marketing ideas into visual stories.
Strong communication and time management skills.

Bonus Skills

Experience with product video shoots, corporate storytelling, or SaaS app explainer videos.
Knowledge of AI video tools (like Runway, Pika, or Synthesia).
Ability to handle both pre-production planning and post-production editing independently.
The ideal candidate should also have a good eye for graphic design and a basic understanding of marketing strategies and content trends.
