About the Role:
Tequila Holidays is hiring a Villa Supervisor to manage boutique villa operations across Sri Lanka. This is a full-time, field-based role ideal for someone passionate about hospitality and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations at multiple villas

• Travel to properties as needed (travel allowance provided)

• Manage and support villa staff

• Ensure guest satisfaction and service standards

• Oversee basic accounting and inventory

• Report to management and follow protocols

Requirements:

• Own motorbike and willingness to travel

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

• Experience in hotels or villas

• Strong leadership and people management skills

• Basic accounting and computer literacy

• Honest, responsible, and self-motivated

• Male candidates preferred (due to travel and supervisory nature)

• No age limit – maturity and attitude are key

Location: Island-wide (Sri Lanka)
Work Type: Full-time with flexibility
