About the Role:
Tequila Holidays is hiring a Villa Supervisor to manage boutique villa operations across Sri Lanka. This is a full-time, field-based role ideal for someone passionate about hospitality and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations at multiple villas

Travel to properties as needed (travel allowance provided)

Manage and support villa staff
-
Ensure guest satisfaction and service standards

Oversee basic accounting and inventory

Report to management and follow protocols
Requirements:

Own motorbike and willingness to travel

Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Experience in hotels or villas
-
Strong leadership and people management skills

Basic accounting and computer literacy

Honest, responsible, and self-motivated
-
Male candidates preferred (due to travel and supervisory nature)

No age limit – maturity and attitude are key
Location: Island-wide (Sri Lanka)
