Job Overview

The Waiter (Arabic Speaker) position at Hilton Technologies Dubai requires delivering outstanding guest service while maintaining high standards of hospitality, efficiency, and professionalism in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve guests efficiently and courteously, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

  • Manage guest queries in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with UAE regulations.

  • Maintain knowledge of the menu and product offerings.

  • Ensure all mise-en-place is well stocked and organized at all stations.

  • Follow proper reporting and escalation procedures when issues arise.

  • Ensure food and beverage orders meet quality standards and are delivered promptly.

  • Adhere to Hilton grooming standards and personal hygiene policies.

  • Comply with health, safety, and fire regulations within the hotel.

Required Skills and Qualifications
