Waiter (Part-time)

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a vibrant individual to play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our guests. Your responsibility will be to ensure each guest has a memorable dining experience through attentive and personalized care.
• *Responsibilities**:

– Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner as they enter the restaurant.
– Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
– Provide recommendations and describe menu items to guests.
– Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests.
– Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks.
– Anticipate guests’ needs and fulfill special requests.
– Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction with their meals.
– Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions.
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and work stations.
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient service.
– Uphold high standards of hygiene, safety, and professionalism at all times.
– Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
• *Requirements**:

– Previous experience as a waiter or in a similar role preferred.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
– Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
– Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
– Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
– Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
– A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
