Salary: AED 100- AED 150 ( For Part time Hours )

Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and energetic Waitress to join our dynamic team. As a waitress at our lounge, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they have a memorable and pleasant dining and leisure experience. You will play a key role in providing outstanding service while maintaining the ambiance and values of our café.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest preferences are noted.
• Provide detailed menu descriptions, including recommendations for shisha flavors, drinks, and food items.
• Serve food, beverages, and shisha to guests in a timely manner, ensuring high standards of presentation and quality.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by attending to all their needs throughout their visit.
• Maintain knowledge of current menu offerings, including any daily specials or promotions.
• Assist with setting and clearing tables, ensuring the lounge area is clean and well-organized.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and shisha staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
• Upsell items to guests and promote new menu items or specials.
• Ensure the lounge is stocked with necessary supplies and report any shortages to management.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and cleanliness standards at all times.
• Support in maintaining the overall atmosphere and ambiance of the lounge.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a waitress, preferably in a café, lounge, or hospitality setting.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized under busy conditions.
• Flexibility to work.
