Warehouse Operations Manager

About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated Warehouse Operations Manager with experience in Warehouse Sales to lead daily operations, drive growth in shared warehouse and fulfillment services, and oversee key administrative functions. This hybrid role blends leadership, sales, and administration—and offers the chance to grow into Building & Property Management responsibilities within our adjacent business division.

What You’ll Do

Warehouse Operations
• Manage receiving, storage, inventory, and order fulfillment
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Lead and develop a high-performing team
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments with customers and logistics partners

Sales & Business Development
• Identify and secure new Warehouse, Fulfillment opportunities and clients
• Build strong client relationships and deliver tailored proposals
• Negotiate agreements and close deals to meet revenue targets

Administration & Client Support
• Oversee AR/AP including invoicing, collections, and vendor payments
• Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally

Growth Opportunity – Property Management
• Potential to expand into building and property management
• Oversee maintenance, tenant relations, and vendor contracts
• Contribute to long-term asset management

What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years warehouse management experience with proven leadership
• Background in warehouse sales, logistics, or fulfillment services an asset
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Quick thinking, ability to adapt and be flexible
• Knowledge of WMS and inventory control systems
• Experience with AR/AP and QuickBooks Online
• Analytical mindset with interest in property management growth

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
