Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all aspects of business travel including flights, accommodation, and transportation within company budget and policy.
- Handle visa applications and all related documentation for international travel.
- Manage issuance of foreign currencies and travelers’ cards.
- Monitor, control, and reconcile travel expenses to ensure budget compliance.
- Process travel reimbursements accurately and promptly.
- Maintain professional relationships with travel agencies and vendors to secure the best services and pricing.
- Provide support in case of travel disruptions or emergencies.
- Maintain accurate records of travel bookings and expenses.
Qualifications:
- Degree or IATA qualification is required.
- 2–3 years of experience in corporate travel management.
- Proficient in Amadeus or Galileo booking systems.
- Strong understanding of international travel and visa regulations.
- Knowledge of corporate travel policies and vendor negotiation.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
