Key Responsibilities

- Optimize existing revenue streams in the post-paid and enterprise sectors to maximize profitability.

- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for new product introductions, ensuring alignment with business goals and market demands.

Market Analysis and Competitive Positioning
- Continuously analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviors to identify gaps and opportunities in the media and content post-paid market.

- Ensure that Dialog Television maintains its leading position with a 70% market share through innovative product and marketing strategies.
Customer Churn Management and Loyalty Enhancement
- Design and implement effective churn reduction programs targeting both pre-churn deterrence and win-back strategies to meet net addition targets.
- Utilize advanced tools including churn prediction models, customer research data, and segmentation analytics to identify churn causes and optimize retention efforts.
- Develop loyalty programs and customer engagement initiatives to increase customer lifetime value and enhance network stickiness.
- Manage the entire customer lifecycle journey, ensuring seamless continuity and sustained engagement with the product offerings.
Product Performance and Lifecycle Management
- Monitor product performance metrics regularly and take proactive corrective actions to address underperformance.
- Ensure product continuity by innovating new extensions, features, and business models that adapt to evolving market conditions.
- Lead end-to-end product implementation, ensuring thorough cross-functional coordination and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Sciences, Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- A minimum of 10 to 12 years of progressive experience in product management, business strategy, or related roles, ideally within telecommunications, media, or content industries.
- Solid foundational knowledge in Economics, Accounting, and Business Management principles.
- Basic proficiency in Business Statistics and the ability to apply data analytics in decision-making processes.
- Proven track record of successfully managing post-paid or enterprise product portfolios and delivering measurable revenue growth.
