Key Responsibilities

• Manage passenger check-in, boarding, and baggage services

• Assist with flight dispatch and gate operations

• Provide premium customer service to passengers

• Handle special requests (unaccompanied minors, VIPs)

• Coordinate with ramp agents and flight crew

• Resolve passenger queries in multiple languages

• Maintain compliance with aviation security regulations

Requirements

• High school diploma (aviation diploma preferred)

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (aviation preferred)

• Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, French, German, Russian) preferred

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Problem-solving abilities

• Cultural sensitivity

• Physical ability to stand for long periods
