Role Overview

  • Join the Stewarding Department, supporting smooth kitchen operations.

  • Ensure all mise-en-place requisitions are fulfilled timely.

  • Attend weekly Banqueting meetings and report to managers.

  • Conduct monthly stock takes of operating equipment.

  • Assist and coordinate event set-ups, briefing teams.

  • Conduct cleaning and preparation checks in assigned areas.

  • Work flexible hours based on availability and business needs.

Requirements

  • Passionate about hospitality and team collaboration.
