About the Client

Our client is part of the Little Group, a private company in Australia that owns businesses like Port Phillip Ferries and Little Real Estate, one of the largest property management companies in the country. Their mission is to improve how real estate agencies manage rentals and properties by using technology. They want to make renting, owning, and managing properties easier and more enjoyable.

Role Summary

You will be part of the Customer Experience team, which connects customers with the company. Your job is to help customers with their questions and teach them how to use the company’s platform. You will support both new and existing customers and build strong relationships with them.

Responsibilities

  • Reply quickly and politely to chats, emails, and platform requests from customers

  • Make each customer feel valued and cared for

  • Solve customer problems or send issues to the right team if needed

  • Enter data accurately and follow up on tasks as required

  • Manage customer requests using Jira and keep records up to date

  • Suggest ways to improve customer service and office processes

What We Need From You

  • Good skills with Microsoft Office

  • Strong written and spoken communication

  • Careful attention to detail

  • Creative problem-solving abilities

  • Good at handling conflicts and solving issues

  • Experience with Jira ticketing system

Nice to Have

  • Experience with property management software

  • Knowledge of the real estate industry

  • Understanding of rental laws in Australia

Other Important Info

  • You must be available to work on a rotating schedule between 8 am and 8 pm, Monday to Friday (Australian time)

  • You may be required to work on some Australian public holidays
