About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Data Engineer with 2–3 years of experience to manage and optimize data pipelines. You will ensure data quality, build reliable ETL processes, and support data-driven decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end ETL pipelines

• Implement data validation to ensure accuracy and reliability

• Integrate new data sources as needed

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues

• Collaborate with teams to understand and solve data challenges

• Monitor data and model performance

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in a data engineering role, preferably in a tech startup

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics

• Strong skills in Python and SQL

• Familiar with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP)

• Knowledge of data warehousing and structures

• Experience with Docker and Airflow is a plus

• Strong communication skills, both technical and non-technical

• Self-motivated, with strong problem-solving and project management abilities
