Entry-Level Receptionist Front Office Full-Time – Kandy

We are hiring a Receptionist for our hotel in Kandy. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on front desk operations, guest support, and daily admin tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and manage check-in/out

  • Handle phone calls and guest inquiries

  • Manage room bookings and reservations

  • Coordinate with hotel staff for smooth operations

  • Maintain front desk records and documents

Requirements:

  • Good communication and customer service skills

  • Basic clerical and computer knowledge

  • Prior hotel experience is a plus
