Job Summary – Confidential Company

The Female Gym Barista/Waitress will serve customers professionally, prepare beverages, and maintain an inviting café atmosphere within the fitness center.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and create a friendly, welcoming environment.

  • Accurately take customer orders and process them efficiently.

  • Serve food, beverages, and specialty drinks promptly and courteously.

  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and health beverages.

  • Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other barista equipment.

  • Maintain detailed knowledge of blends, brewing techniques, and menu items.

  • Keep the café area clean, organized, and compliant with hygiene standards.

  • Support other staff members to ensure smooth operations.

  • Handle payments and manage customer interactions professionally.

  • Work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in barista, waitress, or hospitality roles preferred.

  • Open to Arab, South African, and European female candidates.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Excellent customer service orientation and teamwork ability.
