Job Description: Reservations Manager

Location: Lotus Tower, Colombo
Job Type: Full-Time (On-site)

Main Role:

Manage hotel and event reservations, lead the reservations team, and ensure guests have a smooth booking experience.

Main Tasks:

  • Handle all daily booking and reservation work

  • Make sure room availability and prices are up to date

  • Take care of special and VIP bookings

  • Help the sales and event teams with group bookings

  • Train and guide the reservations team

  • Make sure VIP guests and loyalty members get special care

  • Try to reduce cancellations and no-shows

  • Study booking data and prepare reports

  • Stay updated on current offers, packages, and events

  • Work with IT to keep reservation systems working well

  • Solve guest issues related to reservations quickly and politely
