About the Job

We are looking for a Guest Service Executive to join Kandy Myst by Cinnamon.
Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts is the largest hotel group in Sri Lanka, with 17 hotels and resorts in Sri Lanka and the Maldives. We are part of John Keells Holdings PLC, the biggest listed company in Sri Lanka.

As a Guest Service Executive, you will be the first person guests meet. You will help with bookings, check-ins, check-outs, and give information about rooms, prices, and hotel services. Your goal is to make every guest feel welcome and well taken care of.


Your Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and make them feel comfortable from the moment they arrive.

  • Handle bookings, check-ins, and check-outs smoothly.

  • Share useful information about the hotel and its services.

  • Deal with guest complaints politely and quickly.

  • Understand and meet guest needs, and share special requests with the right teams.

  • Suggest extra services or facilities when it fits the guest’s needs.

  • Keep records of bookings and payments up to date.


Your Qualifications

  • Experience as a front desk agent, receptionist, or similar role in a star-class hotel.

  • Good at speaking and organizing things clearly.

  • Passion for giving guests a great experience, even when it’s busy.
