About the Job
We are looking for a Housekeeping Manager to lead and manage the housekeeping team at our hotel in Kandy. You’ll make sure all rooms and public areas are clean, safe, and meet high standards. You’ll also help make guests happy and ensure the team works well and stays within budget.
Main Responsibilities

Oversee daily housekeeping operations

Make sure rooms and public areas are clean, safe, and look good

Improve guest and staff satisfaction

Train and manage the housekeeping team

Create and follow housekeeping rules and procedures

Help the hotel reach its financial goals

Check staff performance and follow company policies
What You Need
-
At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Housekeeper in a luxury hotel or resort
-
Strong leadership and communication skills
-
Good at organizing, decision-making, and motivating people
