About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Program Manager to lead our education programs. This role requires strong leadership, operational management, and a passion for making an impact in the education sector.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end operations of educational programs

Lead and guide a team of counsellors and support staff

Collaborate with sales and marketing to meet enrolment goals

Analyze data to improve performance and delivery

Ensure high standards of quality, compliance, and student experience
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification
-
2–3+ years in a managerial or leadership role
-
Background in education, sales, or program management is an advantage
-
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
-
Tech-savvy with good problem-solving skills
-
Age: 25–40 years
