About the Role:
Lead the rollout of Microsoft 365 tools like Teams, SharePoint, Planner, and OneDrive across the company. Build processes and templates to help teams work better together.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up SharePoint for different departments

• Create templates, checklists, and guides

• Manage Teams channels, Planner tasks, and OneDrive files

• Oversee projects like ERP setup and onboarding

• Train and support staff during the rollout

• Keep documents and meetings organized and easy to find

• Work with company leaders to build long-term digital systems

• Support team meetings and track task progress

Requirements:

• Experience as a Project Manager or Digital Systems Manager

• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Planner, OneDrive)

• Skilled in creating workflows, SOPs, and collaborative systems

• Strong organization and communication skills

• Able to manage multiple projects at once

• Bonus: Experience in logistics, food, or wholesale industries

Nice to Have:

• Experience with ERP systems

• Knowledge of HR onboarding processes

• Ability to create training materials and guides

• Graphic skills for creating clean templates (optional)
