Save Energy Systems is a US-based technology company providing scalable and affordable Energy Management Systems to clients across the United States.

Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Support Specialist to deliver exceptional first-line support for both technical and non-technical customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will have 6–7 years of experience and prior exposure to a US client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls

• Respond to product and service inquiries accurately

• Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively

• Assist in onboarding and maintain updated support records

• Organize internal documentation and support databases

• Ensure timely follow-ups and issue resolution

• Prepare reports and insights for management

• Support internal operations and contribute to team tasks

Requirements

• 6–7 years of experience in customer support or call center roles

• Prior experience supporting US-based clients (preferred)

• Strong communication skills in spoken and written English

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently

• Experience with CRM systems (advantageous)

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

• Willingness to work U.S. time zone hours (night shift in Sri Lanka)

• Full-time, on-site role (Kandy)

• Available to work six days a week
