We are hiring a Senior Key Account Manager to lead sales strategies for key accounts in the modern trade segment. This role requires strong experience in FMCG sales, account management, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies for modern trade

Manage relationships with key retailers and distributors

Negotiate contracts and promotional campaigns

Analyze market trends to guide trade marketing efforts

Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and other teams

Track performance and report actionable insights to management
Requirements:

10+ years of experience in modern trade sales, preferably in FMCG

Proven success in sales and market development

Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills

Proficient in CRM systems and data analysis

MBA or relevant qualification is a plus
