Senior Project Manager – Environmental & Plant Science – Full-Time – Eastern Province
Qualifications:
-
Degree in Plant Science, Environmental Science, Agriculture, or related field with 5+ years’ experience,
OR Diploma with 7+ years’ experience -
8-10 years in project management or related roles, including nursery management and field operations
Skills:
-
Proven ability to manage large, complex projects and diverse stakeholders
-
Strong knowledge of blue carbon ecosystems, carbon credits, and restoration ecology
-
Expertise in carbon projects and environmental/climate issues
-
Excellent multitasking and project management skills
-
Fluent in English, Tamil, and Sinhala (written and spoken)

Collaborative, independent, and proactive work style
-
Willingness to travel and work in Eastern Province field locations

Salary Range: LKR 350,000 – 475,000 per month
