Join talabat, part of the global Delivery Hero network, in shaping the future of last-mile operations. We’re seeking a results-driven professional to streamline rider lifecycle management, optimize operational performance, and improve logistics processes across markets.

What’s on Your Plate?

• Design and implement SOPs, training tools, and operational best practices across countries.

• Collaborate with global stakeholders to execute cross-regional strategies.

• Analyze multi-country performance data to identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions.

• Oversee last-mile operations including rider experience, safety, and compliance.

• Lead and manage multiple high-impact projects with tight deadlines.

• Use lean six-sigma principles to reduce inefficiencies and improve service levels.

• Perform time-based and geographic operational analysis.

• Innovate to enhance rider wellbeing and daily experience.

What Did We Order? (Requirements):

• 3+ years of experience in fast-paced operations or platform-based companies (e-commerce/logistics preferred).

• Strong prioritization, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Ability to interpret complex data and communicate actionable insights.

• Comfort working hands-on in day-to-day operations.

• SQL and data modeling knowledge is a plus.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Independent, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused mindset.
