Our team has over 150 people and is growing quickly, with over 50% growth in both 2023 and 2024. Most of our team members come from Latin America, South Africa, Sri Lanka, and the Philippines.
What You’ll Do

Find and place candidates for client companies

Write and post job ads on job boards like LinkedIn and Indeed

Reach out to potential candidates directly

Screen and interview applicants

Build complete profiles for candidates

Work with both clients and candidates professionally

Schedule interviews between clients and candidates

Provide quick and helpful service to US-based clients
What You Need

Fluent in English (spoken and written)

2+ years of experience in recruitment

Strong writing and speaking skills
-
Typing speed of 50+ words per minute

Experience using Google Workspace, Hubspot, and job boards
Your Home Office Setup Should Include:

Internet speed of at least 50 Mbps
Pay & Schedule

$800–$1,000 USD/month, paid twice a month
